We thrive to scout and develop talent as a Mother Agent and are proud of the network and relationships we foster with global clients and agencies to excel careers for longevity. A Mother Agent serves as the primary mentor and representative for a model, typically being the first to discover and guide their career. Our role includes scouting talent, developing portfolios, and strategizing career paths. Acting as an advocate, we negotiate contracts and facilitates collaborations with larger modelling agencies, often placing models in international markets. We offer ongoing support, ensuring models navigate the industry safely and successfully. Ultimately, we lay the foundation for a model’s career and oversees their long-term growth. Our 1-1 model development ensures all talent management is bespoke and proficient through a specialised practice.
